Group Fitness Classes
We are very excited about our lineup of classes this year. Want to exercise and have fun at the same time? It’s time to include high energy and motivation to your workouts with group exercise classes. Great West Fitness classes are a fun and challenging alternative to weight and cardio routines.
We offer great classes such as Zumba, Yoga, GST, Step, Circuit Fit, Pilates, Cycling and more. These group exercise classes and workouts are offered to our club members and are designed to include all fitness levels. You will increase your cardiovascular, muscular and flexibility conditioning training. Pick a time that fits your busy schedule and come in for a class.
